SO glad you're reading Harbinger! I've been loving the hard-edge to the new incarnation of the classic Valient series, and the issue 0 really made me love Harda and Darpan in a heartbreak way. What do you think of the new Torque and Flamingo? I had kind of hoped Charlene would keep the burned look every time she used her powers, in a Husk-esque play on beauty that foiled Faith. And, while I think Torque's new invalid-turned-macho-man perspective is going to be fertile from a storytelling perspective, I had hoped we would have a queer character this time around...

Anthony, to be honest, I had to catch up on Harbinger. I was behind so just read Issue 0 because it sounded so interesting. I would have liked spending a little more time with those characters but they seem like they could be interesting. Flamingo definitely has her dark side. Man, I wouldn't want to piss HER off. I'd've also liked if Torque were gay instead of the borderline homophobe jock head we got.

I'm no DC boy, but Geoff Johns really made me love the Green Lantern... for the first two thirds of Blackest Night. Then he got famous. Now, like Britney Spears, he just makes me want to scream and shout in frustration over his flat, predictable stories. (Of course, if he were ever to veer away from the stereotypical and write a gay character, I would probably think him the Peter David of the JLA. I am only human.)
Oh, and thanks for making Hawkeye sound appealing! I will definitely pick up issue #7!
