With Captain America 2:The Winter Solder debuting this weekend, there's been a ton of additional superhero buzz regarding the filming of Avengers 2: Age of Ultron in Korea and South Africa. Marvel has kept the project under wraps for the most part, but as of late we've been able to get some sneak peeks of the sets as well as the new looks for the upcoming sequel. As we are intrigued with all things super heroes and fashion, it's time we take a closer look at the new wardrobing.
No Capes! The Avengers:Age of Ultron Showcases New Looks
Hawkeye- There's not a massive amount of change here, but I can't say that I mind the long sleeved jacket option he has going on here. It's hard to say if this is an actual costume upgrade, or simply an overcoat for the character. The length of the jacket definitely pays homage to Jeremy Renner's comic book counterpart. Either way, its a step in a more stylish direction from the first film.
Captain America- The sentinel of liberty returns with new duds as well. From the looks of the pictures on-set, this costume seems to be a culmination of his Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. look (that can be seen in the Winter Soldier Film) and his original Captain America look in the first Avengers film. Again, the change here isn't monumental, but devil lies in the details.
Could this mean a stylish upgrade for the entire Avengers roster? Let's hope so! Sound off in the comment section below, and let us know your thoughts!
