Matthew Waterhouse is an actor and writer, best known for playing Doctor Who’s companion Adric! The young companion to the 4th and 5th doctors (Tom Baker and Peter Davison) was featured in thirteen BBC TV serials between 1980 and 1984. Matthew has recently revisited the role of Adric in the Doctor Who audio series for Big Finish Productions. He has also appeared in several episodes of Big Finish’s ‘Dark Shadows’, including the critically acclaimed 13 part serial ‘Bloodlust’, a #1 bestseller on Amazon.com.
His extensive work in British theatre covers everything from Shakespeare to Neil Simon. He is the author of three novels and ‘Blue Box Boy’, a highly praised memoir of ‘Doctor Who’.
