  • Avengers: Infinity War, the long-awaited team-up of virtually the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, finally has a new trailer, and I am duly hyped. So are a lot of other people, given the advance ticket sales. Can Steve and Bucky finally reveal their love to one another? Probably not, but let me dream.

  • In an age of rampant TV revivals and reboots, could Buffy the Vampire Slayer return? Comments from the CEO of Fox Television group (which owns the rights to the show) suggest that it's an actual possibility.

  • The controversies over Johnny Depp and [Professor Dumbledore's onscreen sexuality (or lack thereof)] have tempered my enthusiasm, but here's the first trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald—the latest in the Harry Potter cinematic universe that Warner Bros. is now calling "Wizarding World."
